Booking Deposit amount: To secure your booking, we require a deposit of minimum of US $ 150 or one night if that is all you are staying for in this bed and breakfast Delhi, New Delhi. When adjusting the advance deposit, we deduct US $5 towards bank charges. Hence, you will get benefit of US $ 145. This is to be deposited in our PayPal account.

• Early check in before 1100 hrs. Late check out (12 Noon to 8 PM) costs an extra half day. Early arrival is subject to availability

If you require access to your room before 8 am, then please book the previous night.

In case of early check in (8 Am to 12 Noon), you may have to wait before the earlier guest checks out and room gets cleaned. In the mean time you are welcome to enjoy, relax in the lounge, or on the terrace.

Airport/Railway Station Pickup Rs. 1100/- (upto 3 persons) Pickup done by drivers known to us, vetted by us. (Recommended as it saves you lot's of time and energy). Please send your complete flight details (airlines, flight number, arriving from, arriving at which terminal, time of arrival). Plz. give your phone number which can be reached at all times ... to avoid any confusion. For airport pickup, a car and driver goes to the airport with a placard, pays the parking, pays the entrance, waits there (flights can be late) and fetches you. You will spot the man holding your name placard as you walk out of the immigration (after searching carefully through a zillion people holding name placards).

Railway Station pickup: Plz. give the coach number as well and stand outside the coach for the man to page you.)
